WARRANTY COVERAGE

Protection When a Qualifying Defect Occurs

Sowell Outboard Engines provides a 1-year warranty for qualifying products. The warranty is intended to provide support when a covered manufacturing, mechanical or component defect affects the product during the applicable warranty period.

Our goal is to make the warranty process as straightforward as possible and help customers receive appropriate assistance without unnecessary disruption.

WHAT IS COVERED

Coverage for Qualifying Defects

Subject to the applicable warranty requirements, the Sowell warranty may cover qualifying defects that are attributable to the product itself.

  • Manufacturing defects affecting the product.
  • Mechanical defects that qualify under the warranty.
  • Defective components that qualify for warranty service.
  • Applicable replacement parts required to resolve a covered issue.
  • Applicable labor associated with an approved warranty repair.

Final determination of warranty eligibility and the appropriate remedy is made after the issue and relevant product information have been reviewed.
